Peace River Transport was established in late 2021 as a limited partner with Mercer Peace River Pulp. Peace River Transport was integral to Mercer’s Fibre Procurement Project, which was completed in 2023.
In 2023, Peace River Transport was a finalist for Canada’s Safest New Employer Award with the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health & Safety (CCOHS). This award is based on having a comprehensive safety program and demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety. We strive to be the transportation employer of choice in the Peace Region.
Peace River Transport's primary business is to haul cut-to-length logs, year-round.
